De Time Cafe is ready for Business !

Melaka's latest addition to the Food scene-De Time Cafe and Steamboat has opened !
On 20th July 2013, they started operating from 7.00am-12.00pm in the Cafe.
The cafe is a NO PORK cafe.
Serving Local Breakfast, with Rice Specials during Lunch and Steamboat for Dinner, the operation is fully manned and serviced for up to 200 pax during buffets and 70-150 pax during Lunch and Dinners.

                                  Breakfast is priced @ RM 8.00 per head and child RM 4.00 only everyday !








                                       SteamBoat sets start at RM 21.90 (without the ++) for 2 pax ; 
                                               RM 39.90 for 4-5 pax; & RM 68.80 for 6-8 pax !

tourism_malaysia31st August 2013 marks Malaysia’s 56th year of independence from British colonial rule and the nation is leaving no stones upturned to celebrate the day with aplomb. While the nation is getting ready to celebrate the 56th independence anniversary this year, Malaysians can only be proud of the country’s many sterling achievements ever since. 

Hari Merdeka (Independence Day) as they call it, is celebrated with a slew of events organized by the Government of Malaysia. Here’s a brief sketch of what to expect in Malaysia, starting from this week to 31st August.

Melaka MITS MATTA Fair 2013

Race for 12 hours!
The biggest motorsports endurance race in Asia, the Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race (MMER) 2013, will be back for the 14th edition!
Each team will have three drivers who will race for at least 70 minutes before being allowed to switch. Young motorsports enthusiasts will have a new way and new place to celebrate Malaysia’s Independence Day.

Hari Kemerdekaan (Independence Day) Malaysia 2013
Hari Kemerdekaan is a national holiday which is celebrated on 31 August every year to commemorate the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule in 1957.
Traditionally, a grand and colourful parade will be held in the morning at the Merdeka Square in Kuala Lumpur for everyone to attend and celebrate this important occasion together. Similar parades will also be held in every state simultaneously. This year’s celebration marks the 56th anniversary of Malaysia’s independence.

Venue:        Nationwide / Merdeka Square, Kuala Lumpur.

Other activities lined up to celebrate both events include the 50-Year Formation of Malaysia Exhibition (Aug 20 to Nov 17), A Night at the National Museum (Aug 30 to Sept 1), Fly The Jalur Gemilang (Aug 31), launch of the National Museum’s 50th year celebrations and launch of the stamps and coins.
